Vendors and Artists should only register if they have confirmed attendance with the GATO Con staff.

The spacing for a VENDOR booth is 10 x 10 ft with 2 6ft tables. If you need more than 2 spaces, please contact us at

Also, if you have tables, you can bring them, as accidents do occur. (tables break, or get “stolen”)

Artists do ¬†need to purchase an “ARTIST” badge. You need to contact us at or (361) 228-3477 to request/confirm attendance.

All Artists get a 6 ft table (more tables possible based on availability/space)

  • 6-10 pm Friday for Setup, and also 8 am -10 am Saturday morning.

  • SATURDAY 10 AM -6 PM Room Hours, and Sunday from 10 am – 4 (or 5) pm

Artists/Vendors: Make sure you have a Sales Tax License, and if possible, send a copy to our email.

No 18+ material, weapons, drugs, or alcohol allowed. This is a family-friendly university event.
